Cleaner for Urea Formaldehyde Adhesive Resins

Cleaning Agent 4450 is aimed for cleaning of glue spreader and mixing equipment for Urea-formaldehyde adhesives and PVAc-glue.

Cleaning Agent 4450 may be poured onto the spreading equipment before flushing with water, and if possible, be mixed carefully into the remaining glue residuals.

While cleaning roller applicator the Cleaning Agent 4450 is poured along the whole roller as a thin string and letting the roller rotate during about 1 minute. Consumption about 1-3% of the remaining glue residue.

The Cleaning Agent 4450 works as emulsifying the glue residuals into water and prevents flocculation of remaining glue onto the containers and piping system. The Cleaner is necessary aid using Casco Products’ Glue Waste System 6262.
