TensorGrip M01 - Polystyrene Plug Build Adhesive |
An exemplary polyurethane foam bead adhesive, the TensorGrip® M01 is specially designed to bond large format polystyrene blocks during the plug building process before infusion mould production. The incredible bonding characteristics of the M01 make it ideal for polystyrene and MDF/ply substrates. Blocks won’t become fully bonded for 10-15 minutes, so you’ve got plenty of time to move them into position while the adhesive is not fully cured. The M01 works very well in conjunction with the M75. |

TensorGrip M30 CO-REZ - Low VOC RTM/ Infusion Adhesive |
The TensorGrip® M30 CO-REZ is designed especially for the marine infusion mould market, and is a high performance, solvent-based polymer adhesive in a pressurised canister delivery system. It’s been created to hold reinforcing fibres in place during the infusion process of the resin without impacting the surface finish or structural integrity of your project. And it won’t interfere with the curing process of vinyl esters, polyesters, or styrene resins, and will ultimately become a part of the polymer matrix. TensorGrip® M34 is compatible with polyester, styrene and vinyl ester resins and been successfully tested with epoxy resins using less than 9 grams/sqm. |
